All products tout the “good stuff” in them--botanicals and organic ingredients. Marketing messages can be misleading. If the organic or botanical ingredients are at the end of an ingredient list on a label, the proportion in the product is generally so small that there is no real benefit in use. Educate yourself about the products you buy for your family and don’t be fooled by marketing hype. Are there chemicals listed on the ingredients list? Chemicals can dry and irritate skin, can be absorbed into the body through the skin, and contaminate our earth. Products may claim organic ingredient percentages, but are there chemicals also? The answer is YES!
Nourish is the first personal care line of products certified to the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) at 95-100%; the original line was launched in Fall, 2004. The line was revised and re-launched in June, 2008. Some NEW, Some Improved--even better than before!

Nourish products proudly display the USDA organic seal and contain NO CHEMICALS---ABSOLUTELY NONE! The USDA seal is your only assurance that products which claim to be organic, really are according to the strict standards of the USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP).
We care about the food we eat, we believe we should care as much about what we put on our skin. Our ingredients and products are certified organic to assure that they are the purest, healthiest we can offer. What that means is that our products’ ingredients are grown and processed according to National Organic Standards and certified by an agency accredited to the USDA. Our certifier is Oregon Tilth. Organic foods are minimally processed without artificial ingredients, preservatives, or irradiation to maintain the integrity of the food. This USDA seal is your assurance that our products meet these rigorous standards.
There are currently only food standards under the NOP; Nourish products meet food standards--what can be more pure or healthy for the outside of you? Are products you buy honesty organic? Read the labels. Look for the USDA seal and LOOK OUT FOR CHEMICALS. Avoid them & the risks to health and our environment. Don’t be fooled.
Imagine products without chemicals... Who says that body washes have to be clear or pastel-colored or have to smell like real botanicals don‘t? We do not use any artificial colors, fragrances, or preservatives. These products are the “real deal”. Try finding personal care without chemicals; “they” say it can’t be done. We said that we could make products without chemicals and did; it was not easy but we did it! Sure, Nourish products are not like other personal care products with chemicals but who wants them to be anyway? It is the chemicals which dry or irritate skin, making skin even more sensitive than it is. Your skin is no more cleansed by using a clear shower gel versus one naturally colored? The products perform and do what we say they will. Honestly organic. These products do not need chemicals to be effective. Try them, use them and please tell us what you think. Expect them to be the purest personal care products you could ever use. Organic is really about connection: nature, personal health and the environment. Just be sure if you want organic, that it really, truly is.
